Meet The Team
Jillayne Krogel
Board Member. Jillayne and her husband are parents to four children, two biological and two who joined their family through the foster care system. They have also led community groups through their church, including a support group for foster/adoptive parents. At work, Jillayne works as a Professional Services Analyst for My Eye Dr. In her free time, Jillayne enjoys Friday family movie nights with M&M’s, bonfires, and vacationing.
Reid Nichols
Board Member. Reid is a Pediatric Orthopedic Doctor at AI du Pont Children’s Hospital and lives in Delaware. She and her husband have two children. Reid’s favorite vacation spot is Michigan, she especially loves traveling through the very quaint Petoskey Airport on her way!
Tom and Kristen Perso
Board Chairperson and Board Member. Tom and Kristen live in Pennsylvania and have four children, two of whom joined their family through international adoption and live with a disability.
